Returns & Exchanges

The short version

Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it immediately — no forms, no fuss.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply with a prepaid label for exchanges; for refunds, return postage is deducted from the refund amount.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives back with us, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Not returnable

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, makeup and fragrance can't be returned unless faulty. Earrings and final-sale items are also non-returnable. If anything is ever wrong with your order, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right regardless.
