Yes — every formula in the range is cruelty-free, and we work only with suppliers who share that standard. Many products are also vegan; check the individual product page for details.
How fast do orders ship?+
Items marked 'Ships in 24 hours' leave our studio within one business day. Everything else dispatches within 2–3 business days. You'll receive tracking the moment it's on its way.
Do you really gift-wrap every order?+
We do. Every order arrives wrapped in our signature blush tissue with a ribbon — whether it's a gift for someone else or just for you. Add a note at checkout and we'll include it, handwritten.
What if a shade isn't right for me?+
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. For shade advice before you buy, message us through the contact page with a photo in natural light and we'll match you personally.
Are your fragrances long-lasting?+
Our eau de parfums are 18–20% concentration, so expect 6–8 hours of wear. Layer the matching body mist underneath for an all-day trail.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — worldwide, tracked. Orders over $99 AUD ship free everywhere. Duties for international orders are the recipient's responsibility.
